 I noticed a pattern in the women I've coached over the years. Accomplished, capable people who'd spent so long managing everyone else's needs that they'd stopped asking what they wanted. "When I have more time." "When the kids go off to college." "When I retire." I did the same thing myself, for longer than I'd like to admit,  until I realized: later is a lie.™ 

Later almost never comes. It's not that we don't want our goals; it's that wanting isn't committing, and commitment is the part we keep skipping. Whether that's committing to the work of getting there, or just committing to getting clear on where "there" is -  that's the commitment I help you make.

I built the SHIFT Method to do exactly that: a structured, research-backed process for turning "I want to" into "I'm doing this," and staying with it past the point where motivation runs out. Now I focus exclusively on helping women stop deferring their next chapter and start building it.

I bring over 30 years in education and leadership development to this work — it shapes how I think about learning, growth, and what actually helps people change and move forward.
