My mission is simple: help you intentionally lead yourself so you can directly impact your own life.

For years, I noticed a pattern in the women I coached. They were accomplished, capable people who had spent so long managing everyone else's needs that they'd stopped asking what they wanted. They'd tell me, "I'll figure that out later." I did the same thing myself, for longer than I'd like to admit. Here's what I eventually realized: later is a lie. Later almost never comes. It's not because people don't care, but because waiting for clarity before acting is the wrong strategy entirely.

That realization changed the direction of my work. I built the SHIFT Method  - a structured, research-backed process for generating clarity through small actions, not waiting for it to strike. And, I now focus exclusively on helping especially women stop deferring their next chapter and start building it.

I bring over 30 years in education and leadership development to this work, which shapes how I think about learning, growth, and what actually helps people change.
